To the quiet observers…

Just because they can’t hear you doesn’t mean I don’t see you. Just because you manage on your own doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to have your hand held. Just because others have it worse doesn’t make your suffering hurt any less.

There’s one thing that has become so clear in my almost ten year career in health. I have worked in three different countries and three different states in my own country. I have worked in public hospitals, community settings and my own private practice. I’ve worked with ventilated patients, those with chronic back pain and others with  sore minds and hearts. Suffering is everywhere and anywhere. Sure, there are different types, from physical to mental to socio economic-al. 

But all of us are suffering in one way or another. Naively, I started my career with the wish to fix the suffering. Now it seems that life can be long and there are far too many ways to suffer. I can fix very little and so my focus has turned to finding ease amongst the suffering. 

It’s for the ones who find it hard to trust or perhaps rather work independently than being vulnerable to an almost stranger. You are why I created Zephyr Movement's online Ease Series, a safe place for us.
